The TOOLS Hub

From Home, tap TOOLS to open the hub for professional workflows. You will see four tiles:

Footnote on the hub explains that menus use live recipe data, shopping totals respect covers versus each recipe's base servings, and lists stay in sync when you edit a recipe.

Menus

In Menus, tap + to create a menu. In the editor you can set the name, description, optional event date, and notes.

On the menu detail screen:

Menu Shopping List Exports

From a menu's shopping list screen, use the share control to export:

Component Recipes in Shopping Lists

When a dish uses linked component recipes, the aggregated shopping list expands each component into its own ingredients rather than listing the component by name. Expanded lines are labelled with their source, for example "Parsley - 1 bunch (for Chimichurri)", so you can see where each item comes from. Amounts are scaled by covers and combined with everything else. The same expansion applies when you export a single recipe's shopping list.

Shopping Lists (Hub)

Shopping Lists lists your menus so you can open any menu's aggregated list quickly without drilling into Menus first.

Cookbook & Backup

Toggle Include in Cookbook in the Recipe Editor for recipes that belong in a curated export bundle. In Settings > Backup > Export, use Export Cookbook to share only those recipes as JSON. Full-library backup is still under Save Backup File. See Sharing, Export & Backup for restore limits and file naming.

VoiceOver Tip Hub tiles follow the same accessibility patterns as Home category cards. Menu and list screens use standard iOS navigation and searchable lists where provided.
